Our customers receive the support and knowhow of Indigichems’ experienced Laundry Specialists and Technical Staff who will set the laundry up with the latest in Laundry Dispenser Pumps and install the wash formulas to do the job professionally and efficiently.
We are able to offer advice and assistance to enable licensing for the storage of Dangerous Goods. We will provide laminated wash formula charts and safety charts. We will provide folders containing MSDS’s for the products in use. We will provide management reports downloaded from the dispenser systems to show costs, times, number and classification of loads processed etc. from each machine.
Our Service Reports (enclosed) are quite detailed and provide information on many factors affecting laundry performance. We are able to test for wash efficiency using EMPA Swatches and our customers have the technical backup and support of our 3 graduate chemists. Our Laundry Specialists regularly provide Training to our customers employees in formalised meetings.

The importance of working safely.(Workcover videos are utilised). The use and handling of chemicals and the importance of safety equipment. The reading of product labels and the use of MSDS’s.
